Chef Tammy began cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother and mother. Sunday meals weren't just cooked but prepared as an extension of the heart and soul.

Over the years I have developed skills that have allowed me to bring culinary pleasures to many family and friends. I am always researching for new ideas, recipes and techniques. I enjoy experimenting to create customized menus to meet anyone's specific dietary needs, likes and dislikes.

Chef Tammy is a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association and was trained in the business by the American Personal and Private Chef institute. Chef Tammy completed the food handling and sanitation certification course and is also licensed and insured.
